Cases are reviewed by our tribunal department to determine which cases we accept and whether on a pro-bono (free) or a conditional fee arrangement.
Once accepted, your case is assigned to a caseworker who will be your dedicated point of contact for meetings, hearings, documents, queries and progression on your case.
Fees are negotiable depending on the case, your ability to pay, the outcome you hope to achieve and the prospects of success.
Select cases are accepted pro-bono (free) as part of our corporate social responsibility, but we also take cases on a no-win no-fee basis and work with leading insurers, as well as private clients.
Money is not our primary motivating factor: justice for our clients is.
