WHO WE ARE

Cases are reviewed by our tribunal department to determine which cases we accept and whether on a pro-bono (free) or a conditional fee arrangement.

Once accepted, your case is assigned to a caseworker who will be your dedicated point of contact for meetings, hearings, documents, queries and progression on your case.

Fees are negotiable depending on the case, your ability to pay, the outcome you hope to achieve and the prospects of success.

Select cases are accepted pro-bono (free) as part of our corporate social responsibility, but we also take cases on a no-win no-fee basis and work with leading insurers, as well as private clients.

Money is not our primary motivating factor: justice for our clients is.

We are entirely honest and realistic with our clients and work hard to ensure your expectations match the probable outcome.

Our success rates are excellent as are our commitment and dedication to you.

We promise not to inflate your expectation of success to obtain a retainer or insurance coverage.

We commit to being open, honest, realistic and transparent with you at all times including your chances of success.

Please be aware that most cases are time sensitive. If you have issues at work, want to lodge a grievance, have lodged a complaint that isn't being taken seriously, or your employment has been terminated, you have nothing to lose by calling us.

However, if you wait too long, you may diminish or completely preclude your claim.
